These Terms govern your use of getwaitline.com, the waitline plugin, and the dashboard at app.getwaitline.com (the "Service"), operated by waitline. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
waitline renders one opt-in sponsored line in Claude Code's idle "wait line." Developers who opt in keep 50% of the revenue from each billed impression they render. Advertisers fund prepaid campaigns that serve by bid priority.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
Developer terms
- Opt-in. The sponsored line only appears after you install the plugin and explicitly complete setup. You can remove it at any time.
- Revenue share. You earn 50% of each billed impression. Pricing is view-priced — only real, suspend-clamped view-time is billed; clicks are tracked but not billed.
- Payouts. Earnings are paid out via Stripe to your bank once you reach the minimum. Where Stripe isn't available, you may instead redeem your balance as a Claude Pro gift; gifts are a fixed monthly value and are not exchangeable for cash. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you provide.
- Fraud review. Every payout is reviewed. Earnings from bots, click farms, fake or automated traffic, or self-dealing are not paid, and we may withhold, reverse, or void such earnings and suspend the account.
- Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Advertiser terms
- Prepaid. Campaigns are prepaid and charged through our payment processor (Stripe) when you create them; a campaign is created only once payment is confirmed. Delivery is best-effort by bid priority and inventory.
- Credit, not cash refunds. Payments are not refundable to your original payment method. When a campaign's undelivered value is returned — for example when you close or delete it, or if we reject it after review — that value is added to your waitline account as credit you can apply to future campaigns. Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for money.
- Creatives must be lawful, accurate, and non-deceptive, and must not contain malware, illegal, or infringing content. You own or are licensed to use your creative assets.
- We may review, reject, pause, or remove any campaign or creative at our discretion.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- generate fake, automated, or incentivized impressions or clicks, or otherwise manipulate delivery or earnings;
- create multiple or fake accounts to inflate earnings or referrals;
- interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass security or rate limits;
- use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any level of impressions, earnings, or uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, waitline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid or payable to you through the Service in the three months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or suspected fraud. Unpaid earnings tied to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
